First movie

Nick and Sam enjoyed their first movie- Up 3-D! They loved it and the popcorn that went with it!

Helpers in the kitchen

Nick and Sam like to help Mommy out in the kitchen with breakfast. They enjoy being as close as possible to Mommy!

Fire station tour!

We toured the Zionsville Firestation on Friday! Nick and Sam loved seeing all the big trucks but weren't as anxious to climb inside them! What a treat!

Sweet Ben

Here are a few recent pictures of Ben. He is growing so fast! His 4 month check up was last week. He now weighs 14.13 lbs and is 26 1/4" long. He sure is a sweetie!

Happy Birthday Grampa!

While we were in IL we helped Grampa celebrate his birthday. The boys had a great time playing and keeping up with 10 of their cousins and sure were exhausted at the end of the day! Nick liked helping Grampa pick some tomatoes from his garden and liked eating them even more!

Illinois

While we were in IL we spent the day with Aunt Lisa, cousins Alina and Alex and Lisa's daycare at Miller Park Zoo. Nick and Sam had a ball hanging out with all the kids and seeing the animals too. The petting zoo made a big impression on the boys and so did the train in the park!

Hotel!

Nick has been talking about staying at a hotel for 4 months now, so last weekend we visited family in IL and Nick got his wish to stay at a hotel! He loved sleeping in the big bed and swimming in the pool and just generally being at the hotel! Sam's sleeping arrangements were not as glamorous as Nick's but he liked it just the same. Sam was also quite a helper to Daddy with the bags!

Ben's Baptism

Ben was Baptized last Saturday. We had a lot of family and friends with us to celebrate his big day. He was a perfect angel! Ben wore the same outfit that Nick and Sam were baptized in and all of his boy cousins and Uncle John as well. Our good friends the Rodgers were Ben's godparents. We had quite a group of kids all together!

Visitors

We've had some visitors recently to meet Ben. First, Great Aunt Claudia and Uncle Alan were visiting from North Carolina. This was the first time for the boys to meet Aunt Claudia and Uncle Al. We spent an enjoyable Saturday morning catching up while the boys did their best to entertain! Aunt Angela and Uncle Aaron visited over the 4th of July. We had a quiet holiday. The boys are still too young for fireworks, although Daddy thought it would be fun to "try out" a few fireworks with the boys. Nick thought they were OK, but Sam was a little scared by it all. Maybe next year will be better!

ABC's

Ben is all ready for a recent trip to the library in his ABC outfit!

Go Indians!

Ben experienced his first baseball game on Sunday, the Indianapolis Indians! He showed his approval for the game in his own special way while Nick and Sam quickly figured out what baseball games are all about, the food!
