Sam and I flew back to Indiana and drove south to Brown Co. to join Eric, Nick, Ben and Ruby at the cabin for the week.
We spent the week relaxing in the forest, hiking, zip lining, and hanging out at the cabin playing pool, listening to music and gathering around the campfire. Our favorite way to spend fall break!
The trees seemed to be at their peak with fall beautiful colors.
With my tripod in hand, we were able to capture a family photo in Brown Co. State park. We hiked around Ogle lake, too.
Yes, that football as a matter of fact did end up in the lake, but just at the edge. Nick climbed down the bank to retrieve it! All part of the fun when hiking with boys!
Eric took Ben and Sam zip lining one of the days. They had a blast!! and are quite fearless!
While the others zip lined, Nick and I took Ruby to the State Park to hike around Strahl Lake. It was a beautiful hike!
We spent an afternoon in Nashville shopping and having lunch. Ruby was very well behaved!
