Lil Kicker's Soccer

Nick and Sam are learning to play soccer! Nick has been playing for about a year now and Sam just began a few months ago. They both love to play and Mommy loves it because it wears them out! Nick's class has just begun scrimmaging the last 20 minutes of class. At 4 years old, most of the kids seem to just be running in circles, following the ball. It's very cute to watch! Sam plays all kinds of games on the soccer field, with the soccer ball, and sometimes without the soccer ball, and enjoys every minute of it! Grama Schraufnagel was here to share in the soccer experience with us last week.

Happy 3rd Birthday Sam!

Tuesday we celebrated Sam's 3rd birthday! His day began with candles in his french toast sticks. Next, he was crowned the birthday king at school and then celebrated with a Scooby Doo birthday party later in the evening with lots of friends. Grama Schraufnagel was able to travel to IN for Sam's big day. He loved all of the birthday attention that he received! At the age of 3 Sam's favorites seem to be Scooby Doo, the number 4, the color black- he tells me today, and making his brothers laugh. Sam always seems to have a smile on his face!

Valentine's Day 2011

Nick, Sam and Ben wore their finest digs for the library's Valentine's day gala. We met some friends and listened to a special Valentine's day story, made a Valentine, and even learned a little dance! They were 3 little gentlemen for sure that day! A whole group picture with our friends dressed in their finest, proved to be a bit of a challenge!

Bedtime routines

Sam and Ben understand the importance of good oral hygiene; their mommy is so proud! Sometimes it's difficult to get a nice group picture of all 3 boys, especially when they are all wound up after baths!

Snow fun!

We all had a chance to play out in the snow on Sunday, just before all the ice came our way. The boys all enjoyed making a snow fort, especially Daddy! Knocking it down was even more fun! All the boys were very proud of the Frosty they created. He is still there to great us every morning.
