Sam is seeing things in a whole new way with his new glasses!  He needs them for reading.

The Boss

Eric and I had a quick getaway to New York to see Bruce Springsteen on Broadway.  It was a Christmas gift to me from Eric.  I have always been a fan and was so excited to see his one man, acoustic, intimate, show on Broadway!  He did not disappoint!

He played and sang about his life for 2 hours.

We stayed just one night in Times Square. 

We had a delicious dinner out before the show and a drink in the hotel lobby after.

It was such a memorable night.

New Years and Skiing at Deer Valley, Utah

We toasted the new year in Utah!

The following day began our ski adventures!

These 3 are becoming quite accomplished skiers, they are faster and definitely braver than I am.  

Spying on Nick and Sam at ski school is easy when they are wearing their favorite NFL Jerseys!  

The boys went to ski school for 3 days, then skied with Eric and I on the last day.

Where's Waldo? I mean Nick, Sam and Ben??  The chaos of ski school pick up!  Amazingly enough we find them every afternoon.  

The kids weave in and out of the trees, while I stick to the wide and clear path!

We enjoyed a special meal with friends from Zionsville who happened to be in Utah for a ski trip as well.  We dined at an amazing mountain side home with yummy food prepared by our own personal chef!  I've never been so spoiled in all of my life!  And the views were spectacular!

We met up with our good friends from Zionsville, the Millers again this year.  We enjoyed after ski school treats for the kids, and adults beverages for the parents!

We also took turns watching each other's kids so the adults could enjoy a night out, with out kids!

A table for 15, please!  It was a bit crazy but we enjoyed a delicious dinner at a fun steak house in Park City.  We met up with mutual friends of ours that live in Utah for a memorable dinner!  It was such a fun visit!
