The Children's Museum

We took a trip to the Indianapolis Children's Museum last weekend to see the newest exhibit- Dora and Diego, where the boys got to explore a space ship and climb a rock wall. We also had to stop by and visit with our friends, the dinosaurs. Nick and Sam enjoyed digging for fossils with a few friends, while Ben just enjoyed looking cute, wearing the goggles!

Happy Birthday to Ben!

Ben is now 2! He is quite fond of dogs so we had a Dalmatian dog birthday party to celebrate his special day! Grama and Grampa Schraufnagel made the trip from Illinois to celebrate with Ben along with some friends from Indiana. Ben enjoys sharing "in his own special way" his new age! At age 2 Ben's favorite toys are balls and stuffed animals. He also loves to giggle up a storm while swinging on his swing set! He is talking more and more everyday and likes to repeat everything his big brothers ask him to. He also cannot be outdone by his older brothers and follows and attempts to do everything that they do! At his 2 year old check up he was 27 lbs and 3 feet tall.

Traders Point Creamery

On a cold, wet, rainy day in February the boys and I went on a tour of Trader's Point Creamery with our MOPS (mother's of preschoolers) group. The creamery is just down the road from us and boasts a completely grass fed, organic farm. We got to learn about the cows, about the products they make, and even saw them making yogurt. We all had a chance to milk a cow as well. At the end of the tour we enjoyed some hot chocolate and a game of cornhole!

One last Birthday pose

Sam has been wearing his birthday crown that he got from school, every chance he gets! He's always up for wearing a hat of any kind!
