We are all falling into our quarantine routines at home and finding creative ways to spend our time. The dogs continue to be showered with attention, which they love! Electronic school days are here to stay, at least until the end of this school year.
Nick has been creating a haven away from his parents in the backyard. He's been having a lot of fun creating his own space for him and his brothers!
Ruby and Louise are guests on Ben's Zoom call for his humanities class.
Ruby and Louise seen here in rare footage upstairs! Normally they are not allowed upstairs. All rules seem to be out the window at this point of isolation!
Haircuts by Eric! No-one else has been brave enough to request one yet!
Eric and I got creative and found a way to spend a date night together. Our dining room table has become a hub for puzzles, arts and crafts, school work, and other random things. We pushed it all aside, poured some wine, picked up carry out and sent the boys out to the pool house with a pizza for the night.
A perfect solution!
Easter celebrations still happened with our small family. We colored eggs and the boys had an egg hunt on Sunday morning. They loved all of the candy in their baskets, new swim trunks and new summer shoes. Eric smoked a ham and I made a pasta dish. We called our families and chatted with them. It was a quiet day.
