A day on the slopes!

The boys and I met our friends the Millers at Perfect North in Cincinnati on Tuesday.  The kids had a bonus day off from school which made for a not too busy ski day!  It was a beautiful, warm and sunny day.  The boys had so much fun skiing with the Miller girls, and saw a few friends from school as well and skied with them, too.

It was a perfect ski day and we can't wait to go back another time!

 

A trip to the zoo

The boys and I visited the zoo.   The red panda was quite active.  I don't think we've ever seen it move in the past!  We spent some time in the White River Gardens, too where it felt and looked like spring!

We started putting peanuts out for the blue jays in our backyard.  It was a thrill to see them come steal peanuts away on a recent morning!

Blasting off into the New Year!

Nick completed his Christmas Saturn Lego set! 

It took him 18 hours of tedious work to complete it, and he loved every minute of it!
