Indy 500
It's pretty amazing how quickly the crew can change the tires! Nick was very impressed by this, Sam and Ben weren't quite as fond of it! This will be as close to the race we get this year. We did get to see it on t.v. which really held the boy's attention for some time.
Indy 500
During the month of May the entire state of Indiana goes crazy for car racing. There are all sorts of races and events leading up to the big finale of the Indy 500. Last Wednesday was community day. The track was open for regular cars and people to take a spin around it! So, of course a mom of 3 young boys had to take her troops to the track and take the Odyssey for a spin!I think I may have enjoyed it more than the boys! Sam kept telling me to go faster! and Nick kept asking me who's winning? Us, of course. Then he asked me when we were going to get our glass of milk! The milk was in their sippy cups in the cooler, which we got out later while having lunch. Daddy met us down at the track for an afternoon of fun. There were bounce houses, corn dogs, Clifford the Big Red Dog, princess' and of course lots of cars!

Computers
We are just starting to introduce the boys to the computer and allowing them to play games on their own. It's pretty amazing how quickly Nick has picked up the skill of using the mouse and Sam's not too far behind him. Ben just enjoys watching his big brothers and occasionally pounding on the key board when he gets the chance!
Indianapolis Zoo
We finally made a trip to the zoo after a long winter! The highlight of the day was getting to feed a giraffe. Giraffes like sweet potatoes! Who knew!
Recreation Unlimited
We went to Recreation Unlimited in early May to swing, slide, run and play at a very fun indoor playground. Nick is taking an interest in photography and took a great picture of Ben and I!
The Children's Museum
We took a trip to the Children's museum back in April to visit with Dora and Diego once more. We also talked with a dinosaur scientist and studied fossils! We seem to always end our visits with a ride on the carousel! What fun!

Science 101
With Daddy's help, Nick completed his first science project, a volcano! We got the idea and directions from a Chik fil a kids meal, sadly. Nick thought it was great when it erupted!
Time for Bed!
This is Mommy and Daddy's favorite time of the day! All 3 boys were bathed and ready to read stories in Ben's room!

Happy Easter!
The Easter bunny made a stop at our house and brought the kids all kinds of fun stuff, chocolate bunnies and eggs.
